We are currently working on a new web design for External Insulation 4U. The company are based in Longford and were referred to Cedar Tree Digital Media by Longford Enterprise Council who know our work. I have to complete some photography and video work for the new website which will be completed by mid July. The company also needed a new logo, flyer and business cards.

One of our business strengths is that we can also provide clients with web design, graphic design for print and indeed the printed material itself. Shown below are a few of our logo ideas for External Insulation 4U. We always provide clients with three designs as a bit of variety helps to rule in and rule out design direction.

They went for the bottom right version which was also my favourite. Once the logo had been chosen we were able to go ahead and design the business cards, again shown below. The cards that we print really are of the highest quality, always double sided in full colour, printed on 350 gsm quality board and finished with either matt or gloss laminate. Yes, you can get business cards for next to nothing these days from the likes of Vista Print and if cheap looking cards using template designs are OK for your business, then you can’t knock it. However, if you want to portray your business as quality at every level – our business cards really do hit the mark.

We then designed a double sided A5 flyer for the company and printed 5,000 for only €265.00. I am look forward to getting on with their website now which will be a fully Content Managed System based on the WordPress architecture. I will post some details after the new website is launched within the next 14 days.

The new site is built upon the excellent WordPress architecture which we use along with Joomla for our content management systems. We love the simplicity of the interface and we know that many of our clients are benefiting from the blogging facility which the search engines love.

The website of course gives full details of our affordable web design packages along with examples of recent projects. In latter times we are concentrating as much on website optimisation and keyword research as we are with general design work. It is so important that all business websites apply some search engine strategies, otherwise it is highly unlikely that the website will ever reach its potential or prove to be a success.
